Analysis, review, and application of the general marketing and event planning principles with emphasis on interpreting and satisfying guests' needs. An analysis of property goals, mission, and vision statement to develop and create a realistic strategic map 1-5 years of operation, with the understanding that changes occur as dictated by the business. The strategic plan template will assess current operations through a SWOT analysis and develop future goals as the industry evolves.
